Selling or Purchasing a new home?
Have you recently sold or bought a property? Congratulations! To ensure a seamless transition for your gas account, please get in touch with us well ahead of time so we can update your details. We will be needing your new mailing address and contact number, as well as the effective date. If you sold your property, providing us with the new owners' contact details or the information of your realtor/lawyer would also be greatly appreciated.
Renters
Are you moving into a rental property that requires a gas account in your name? Please contact us beforehand so we can arrange the gas service before your move-in date. A $200 rental deposit is required for residential rentals, and a $500 rental deposit is required for commercial rentals. This deposit will be refunded to you when you move out, minus any outstanding balance from your final bill.
Please note: It is the property owner's responsibility to ensure that renters have notified us upon moving out. If any outstanding balance from the renter remains unpaid, the property owner will be responsible for settling it.
