Pre-Authorized Withdrawal
If you would like the convienance of automatic withdrawal please fill in our Pre-Authorized Withdrawl form below. Please note that in order to activate you with Pre-Authorized Withdrawal we need to have your information back to us by the 25th of the month in order for it to take effect for next month's billing.
Internet Banking
Bills can be paid online through your bank. Currently we are set up with ATB, BMO, Credit Union, Royal Bank, Scotia Bank, CIBC and Canada Trust.
Equal Billing
If paying an equal amount each month suits your needs better, we can set you up with an estimated amount based off your previous consumption. The purpose of budget billing is to build up a credit through the summer to minimize the impact of winter heating bills. This being said please be aware that missing a payment even in the summer months will constitute a nonpayment and will cause your removal from the budget billing process.
